Thanks to Bill Mahoney, I got two for $95 each from
http://www.kingsborne.com/. They come with the spark plug boot/connector
already attached.

The part numbers (all for the same part, in the same box, BTW) are as
follows:
Audi OEM:   034 905 101
BERU:       0040.100.043
Kingsborne: ZS 043

Call Kingsborne at 800/643-0375, ask for their part number ZS 043, and
mention that you heard about them online from someone who just purchased
some. HTH.
