[urq] Wheel refinishing

I wonder if the Fuchs have a different finish process because they are 
forged, whereas the R8's are cast....

WRT anodizing - I'm under the impression you cannot remove it.  I believe 
anodizing occurs when you apply current through the metal - I'm guess they 
submerse the piece in some sort of chemical first...

My only real experience with anodizing is mountain bike parts.  It doesn't 
ever come off - it just fades.
