[V8] ECU code II

You know, I stared at this very page for about 15 minutes last night to
help solve what the black plastic thing dangling under the expansion
tank was, and to help lead me to conclude that the charcoal canister
does squat for engine management. I seriously doubt they'd design these
cars to run where certain amounts of vapor need to be stored up so they
can be released into the manifold... They'd could just release the
vapors into the air if no harm otherwise.

I'm thinking now that cutting those two vacuum lines would have no
affect on a proper running motor. Now I just want to hear the thing
cycle on/off during the output test!
