[V8] Cruise Control Wiring

Sounds like time to bite the bullet and replace all the wires in the
doorjamb.  I did that on my 200q20v a couple years ago and it's been
wonderful to have everything linked to the doorjamb wiring working
normally.  I just matched wire sizes and crimped together new connections
in the cabin and inside the door.
