And how about the Doug Nash "clutchless 5-speed". It uses a torsion bar
to absorb the shock without shattering the driveline or trans. You rev
the engine up to "launch" RPM in neutral and then just drop the sucker
into 1st gear when you're ready to go.......the tires take up the
slack......pretty sick......
