Are you including the '85 2.2l 5 cyl in that?  I can pull the dipstick 
and the oil filler cap while the engine is running and not have any 
adverse effects.  Does this mean that there is something wrong?  or just 
that I have a persistant car?  (wants to keep running!  ;-)  )
