Brakes-82TQC

The brakes on my Q car seem to be dragging.  The car  had only occaisional
use prior to me buying it 12 months ago with 38,000 km on it. Shortly after
purchase, I replaced all the pads and brake fluid. Lately the brakes have
been sticking. I notice it particularly in stop/go traffic, where sometimes
I dont have to brake at all from 5mph or so. Seems to be worse on hot days.
There is no noticble pulling to either side, nor does it feel like its
being braked by the rear wheels only.
The brakes work fine apart from this, I'm not losing fluid and pedal feels good.
 My first guess would be the master cylinder, but I've been wrong before!
Any suggestions?
