FINAL word about QCUSA - this is it

Generally it's in poor form to resend private mail, but
I want this issue to go away, so here is what Karen sent
as a reply to my last note:

I'm resending this because soon a flurry of mail will start
up about the lack of reply from Karen, and since she didn't see
fit to at least announce her silence, I will.

If and when a reply is made, we can discuss the implications of
the reply.  If a reply is not made, I would suggest perhaps that
each of you as members, former members or potential members 
send a letter to the board, return receipt requested, 
demanding some answers.  If that still does not yield any
results, we can talk about what to do.
