Maybe 75 - 80 in your neck of the woods (the upper half of the beltway, I
presume;) in my neck of the woods (the lower half fo the DC beltway) typical
speeds in the fast lane are around 15-20.  Smokies bust people for driving on
the median, not driving fast...  Lucky you getting off with a warning!!
