Electrical Gremlins

All this mythololgy has affected my 91 200 STEADItqw.  Tonight, 
headlights go on, dash gets funky.  Both turn signal indicators stay 
lit (although each one works when turn signal on).  Readout from 
computer is dark, little light from speedo around 20-30 m.p.h. 
position and highbeam symbol is faintly lit, but not the blue light. 
All outside lights seem ok. Acts like a short.  Simple as a dash bulb 
 out? Sacrifices being conjured up.  Diagnosis appreciated. TIA.
