Can't say; Mine is a 100Q.

That sounds about right. At revs, even when warm, it should get to
about 4-4.5 bar.

Excessively? That's a judgement call. If it's loud enough to be
clearly heard in the passenger compartment, it probably needs to
be replaced before it stops working. I did mine 2 years ago.

I just put a new CD head unit in; no amp (already has 20W/channel),
and used the stock speakers. The sound is suprisingly good.
