Excuse my ignorance, but I'm not sure I get it.  What's wrong
with using soap and water??  When I wash the car, the last thing
I do is the wheels, and the dust comes off fine.

I recently decided that it'd be nice not to have to physically
clean the wheels, so I tryed some Westley's "Espree" ultra
wheel cleaner... supposedly, just spray it on, wait, and hose
it off.  It took off *very* little dust.

Is there really something that will completely remove dust without
having to wipe?  If not, then why use anything except soapy
water?
