If you going to try to increase section width (The 185 part) I'd do a 
205/60-14 not a 70....  As for tire recc.  Go with the Dunlop D60A2 JLB's 
best bang for the buck ( prolly around $60/tire for your size) on the 
market now.....  Hell they are even on my beast......
