If the new intercooler is not 'intercooling' properly, then the Air
temperature will be too high. This will cause the Manifold sensor to do
what it is supposed to do and bring on the cut out. The only way to check
this would be to drive the car with the meter connected, and bring on the
cut out. Check the measurement then and see what it is. If the
Intercooler is obscured or 'Gunked' up then this could be it? The
intercooler is supposed to operate with a 'Ram Air' effect caused by its
position and the surrounding bodywork/spoilers forcing the air through it.

You Shirt has _finally_ turned up at the Dealers. I will pick it up this
week and get it mailed off :-)
