If the 200 is like a V8 you can remove the dash without wheel removal, but I
wouldn't. It's not that hard to remove the wheel and bag. When you d/c the
bag detonator it is disarmed and that is one plug. The trick is finding all
the screws for the dash top. Some are hidden between the front panels and
some are under the grills. As I recall there are 7 hex head screws and some
slide clips. I did it in a couple of hours the first time. I have the written
process for the V8 if it will help.
