The noise I hear is a kind of whineing noise, akin to an over tight cam
belt, but only occurs at about 800 - 1300 rpm.  The car is not leaking any
coolant.  The most the level has dropped is about 5mm over a month or so in
the tank, and this could probably be attributed to temperature changes.
Noise is definately from front of engine, but is not power stearing pump or
alternator.
