I am running Yokohama A008R 205-55-14's on the 4000CSQ.  They are shaved.  I
would not recommend them for everyday driving.  They make the intermediates
look like snow tires.
There is no sidewall flex.  Repeat.  None.  I sat on the uniflated one that
was not mounted on a rim.  It didn't move, and was standing up straight.
 Downside, you can't tell when you have a flat.  I guess this is where
Run-Flats started.
