87 4kq in San Diego

Hi all,

I finally found a nice looking - in the autotrader ad anyway - 1987 4000 cs
quattro for 3k obo.  It sounds like it's worth looking at, but I have not
been able to get into contact with the owner, his phone line seems to be
broken.  Had anyone seen this car (I think it's in La Jolla) or have any
advice that has not been posted lately for checking out?  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
