As with Tom, I too owned a previous set of the 
"rare" 15x8 Ronal R8's.  They can be seen on Eric Fluhr's

The white 86 has them fitted, and the "extended" outside
lip is what give's them away!  These were the 4x108 pattern.

The only problem is when bottoming out the suspension
on really hard bumps, the rear tires rub the plastic fender 
pieces!  Easy fix with longer bump stops(BTDT)

Currently I run the 15x7 Borbets, with 30mm wheel extenders!
The rears will rub, if provoked!
