Responsibility/blame re Unka Bart

I guess it all depends on your perception of those two words. To me they're the same: I blame myself = I take responsibility.
I never said the driver wasn't 100% responsible for what he did, I just think that the paparazzi should also take responsibility for their actions.

Unka Bart, answer me this:
Say you were tooling down a city street and someone runs a red light. Are you 100% responsible for the accident as you could have slowed down to check
for cross traffic, or does the other driver have to take responsibility for their actions? What if you were speeding at the time and the other driver
ran the light? In the last instance both of you contributed to the accident and should share responsibility/blame.

As boneheaded as this might seem, I still have both of my lungs because I have always taken responsibility for my actions. I guess I should point out
that I haven't taken anyone elses either. I don't want to lie by omission.

One more question:
Do you consider yourself 100% reponsible for the accident in the Vette?
If so, why isn't the driver responsible for his actions?

My point is this, people ARE 100% responsible for their actions, but that doesn't necessarily make them 100% responsible for an accident, because other
people must also be responsible for their actions.
