The radio, surely, if you are willing to pay the dealer's parts
department.

The intermittent wipers are much less likely.  As I understand, they
have stalk control (new stalk, maybe some steering column bits), the
relay -- as well as a speed-sensitive control (exactly what's involved
here?).  I suspect you could trade up from a '97 A4 to a '98 model for
less!
