The Velvet Fog in my car

No, not a Mel Torme CD, but fogged windows.

I have a fogging problem with the heat in my '89 100Q.

I don't think it's the heater core (pleezpleezpleezpleezpleez).
It doesn't happen a lot, but seems to really happen the morning
after a damp or rainy night, typically when I've had the A/C
running on the last ride home.

Also, it doesn't smell sweet (haven't taste-tested it yet), and
it seems to go away after 20-30 minutes or so.

Is there some kind of drip pan that could be accumulating water
or condensate? A clogged drain line somewhere?
