Re: Electric mirror motors not working
Having cleaned numerous mirror switches, and getting really sick of
doing it, I did this. A parts car I bought a while back didn;t have
power mirrors. So it had a drivers door pull with no cutout. In it
went. Then I took the dual switches from a 5ks door, cleaned them up
good for *the last time!* and mounted them to the right of the steering
wheel, where the heated seat switches are often found. Had to throw
together an interesting hybrid harness, bits from about four cars.
Definitely worth doing, one more thing I suppose I should photo and
stick on my dumb web site for the adventurous to get inspired to hack
*their* cars.
