exhaust manifold to wastegate assembly

	I don't know if the TQC manifold is different from my '87 5KTQ, but I put all
the parts and pieces in place, put all the nuts on, THEN tighten everything.
Mainly because I, like you, couldn't determine the proper order Team Door
Handle used to assemble the blamed parts.
