Please share your file with us. In this instance the timing of events was such
that I couldn't persue it further. Not usually the case but the fine was low.
The ruling may have been challenged since --it was 4 years ago, but I don't
know which court other than a federal court and it seems unlikely that someone
would go to that much trouble over a speeding ticket, but of course thats what
the are counting on. Sort of like a midas guarantee isn't it.
