Spinal compression, yes.  Yep, PRO Rally rules.  I don't remember where the
rulebook is or I could refer to the mounting diagrams.  There's no place to
read them on the web :-( that I know of.  I'll try to find the book tonight
and post what they say exactly.  Maybe I'll strike the motherlode and grab
a GCR too....
