Check the distributor that is on the car.

If the Turbo is anything like the NA 5K, it takes a few minutes
to install it and "bench test" on the car. Machine shops used
to have distributor testing machines (usually right next to the
king pin machine) but they don't work with hall sending distr.
Checking the hall sender is done with the distributor in the
car, checking it is usually done to trouble shoot a no-start
problem. So in this case if it runs it's probably good.

I used automotive weather strip adhesive (the black stuff from 3M)
and a tie wrap when the same thing happened on the '84 5KS.
