Auto door locks

Hi guys, Any one have any BTDTs for the auto door lock system for a 86 5ks?
Symptoms: Changed fuse now the motor won't shut off. Did I mention the reason 
the fuse blew in the first place? SO left the roof open during heavy rain 
storm and forgot to mention it to me, she did clean up the water from the 
rear foot wells but my guess is the pump was submerged and sucking water for 
a few days. Is it toast? how much to replace? sources?
