This is very often the 'other' switch - the one the driver can reach.

Just pull the switch block from the driver's door and exchange the
switches for the left and right rear.  If the left rear then goes up,
that's your problem.  The circuit runs through both switches, and
switch failure is the most common (IMO) source of problems.
