read this: subscription info for v8q

hi folks, this is the list maintainer for v8q.. i guess there
have been many failed attempts by many to get on.  here are
the instructions:

email to:

	listproc@u.washington.edu 

(NOT v8q@u.washington.edu.  you use v8q only *after* you get on)


put in:

	subscribe v8q  <your real name> 


in the message body

and substitute your real name above rather than typing it exactly
as i did.

e.g.

	subscribe v8q hans stuck

if your real name is hans stuck.

if you still have trouble, email me directly..
