Power tap for relays..

Found a Bosch relay package in the part store yesterday. Finally got me
perusing around under the hood for a power point for my Bosch quad
H4/H1lights.

1) the back of the alternator. Looks like tiny nuts ("snappables") all
rusted to hell hold on the water shield or whatever that thing is on the
back. They ALSO seem to hold the halfs of the alternator together, so I'd
rather leave them alone for now, until alt. replacement is required. Phooey
on that.

2) the jumper post. Looks more do-able...but how do I get into it? Will a
wrench on the bottom flats and a wrench on the top flats open it up?
