On my 200TQ the post is screwed into a bolt mounted in a plastic insulator
which is in turn screwed onto the windscreen washer bottle. Mine
was corroded, and would not budge easily so:

*  Disconnect battery
* Unscrewed the insulator from the bottle
*  Applied penetrating oil
* Clamped insulator to a block of wood
* Applied _small_ impact wrench on lowest setting

Got the post off without damaging anything in the end. I manufactured
a "terminal ring" from a piece of copper. Quite happy with the end
result, I used three relays and fuses (one for low beams, one each for
high) the voltage drop between the alternator and headlight is
negligible.
