	Hey Wallace, Id try taking the whole thing out, pipe and all, if that 
is the only way it will come out.  Then you can deal with those 
rusted/stripped bolt on the bench, and replace them with some SS stuff...you 
may have to get in there with a hack saw, though, especially if the bolts are 
stripped.  One trick I have tried with stripped bolts, grab one end of the 
bolt/nut with vice grips and pull hard while twisting, all the while lubing 
with penetrating oil... HTH.
