Need tranny for 5000 Diesel

Hey all, 
A friend of mine here in Orlando needs an Audi transmission from an earlier 
5000 Diesel.  Tranny codes that he is looking are: WN, VZ, MM or VT.  He 
thinks the VT is the correct one he needs.  He mostly needs the ring and 
pinion from the transmission.  The R&P from the diesel should have a ration 
of 4.30.

If any of you have this, or have some leads to where he can find it, please
