Coupe sun roof....

I have been trying to figure this one out ever since I bought this car,
and since I have never been told how to do it, I've never done it.

How do I remove my manual crank Sun Roof from my '82 coupe? I know it
should be removable, there's a nifty little shelf in my trunk for it,
but other than that and a vague explanation in my haynes manual (useless
piece of garbage that it is) I have no clue as to how it is removed. If
anyone knows how to do this...I'd love it.

Another question, are there any stock or aftermarket rocker panel covers
available for these cars? My local wreckers haven't got any coupes...I
saw a coupe today with the rocker panel covers and the logo on the
doors...it wasn't a quattro. I think mine would look much better with a
little flair below the doors, right now it's a little non-descript.
