Ok folks

Had another look see over lunchtime, this time the car started and ran immediately at 1100 rpm and once warm started it's fluctuating nonsense. I tried unplugging the ISV, re setting the idle, switching ignition off, re plugging ISV then re starting car. Guess what same problem. If  I un plug the ISV and run the car everything is fine even on re starting a couple of times. Can someone explain in simple terms a procedure for testing this POS, otherwise I will be testing it with my engineers hammer, size large and go buy another one.
