I  bought a "Master" brand FP several months ago at a local  Parts America
store and was also suprised to find that it was a Bosch made in CZ.

So, far it's been the quietest FP I've ever had in a Type 44.  Can't even
hear it.  No problems at all since I installed it, either.  Hope your
experience is the same.
