Sound is not the big issue, convenience is.  If you don't mind the little
controller you have to use to change discs then go for it.  If you still
listen to a lot of tapes you might want to consider a Tape Deck/Changer
package.  Since good tape players go for 150-200 and the FM modulator
usually ads 50-60 to the price of the changer, you can probably get a good
deal between 50-100 more and have the convenience of controlling from the
head unit, and get a better sound from an aftermarket tape player.

Just some ideas.
