First of all, thanks for all the help on troubleshooting a draining battery in
my '86 4kcsq.  Haven't secured a digital multimeter yet but will soon and
should fix the problem.

who knows anything about an '81 5000 diesel?  I found this one for "free" here
in Heber City, Utah and wondered if it was worth messing with.  Possibly
transfering over to gas?  Any info would help my descision to tell my wife I'm
bringing home another project car.
