      Here is a horsepower and torque graph for the stock 2.22 liter MC Turbo engine used in the 1986-88 5000T/Q and early 1989 200T/Q versus the early 2.1 liter 1984-85 5000T engine output.

      Note: Audi published two HP and Torque ratings for this MC engine, one with unleaded Premium fuel, 121kW DIN (162bhp net SAE) power@5500, 240Nm, (177 ft.lb) torque @ 3000RPM, and one with unleaded regular fuel, 118kW DIN (158bhp net SAE) power @5500 RPM, 225Nm, (166 ft.lb) torque @ 3000 RPM. The Hitachi "MAC-11" Engine Control Unit used with the "MC" engine has two timing maps, one for Premium and one for Regular fuel.
